Peregian Beach is a small seaside town on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. It is at the southernmost point of the Noosa Region, about 10 km South of Noosa around 90 minutes from the state capital, Brisbane.
Along with neighbouring areas Marcus Beach in the north and Coolum Beach to the south, Peregian features kilometres of unspoilt ocean beach, foreshore reserves, national parks and tourist attractions.

Permanent residents number around 5,000 … this number more than doubles during holiday season.
Weather:
The weather at Peregian Beach is near perfect for the majority of the year with an annual maximum average of 25.3 degrees celsius and there are approximately 34 days each year during December and January where the mercury reaches over 30 degrees celsius.
Amenities:
It has a centrally located shopping village with a shady town square. The shopping village is filled with trendy cafes, fashion stores, gift stores and the usual pharmacy, newsagent and grocery stores.
Entertainment:
Across from the shopping village is a beachfront park with plenty of entertainment for the children with a playground and skatepark … all within a 5 minute stroll from Peregian Beach Apartment.
Twice monthly markets are held in the park, along with the Peregian Originals – an afternoon of live original music, that has become one of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved regular events.
Lake Weyba National Park and Lake Weyba is close by on the western side of Peregian Beach.
